FOI Designs has a full suite of Dassault  3D CAD software that assists in the calculations for load, spans, weight, static and active loads. Additionally  FOI Designs uses 3D Studio photorealistic rendering software to develop digital content for any residential/commercial project.  All designs are developed to exceed all structural requirements as posted in the applied building codes. Engineering work is all completed in-house and we can provide stamped blueprints for our work exclusively.

3D Photorealistic Rendering - $95.00 Per hr

Engineering - $180.00 Per hr.
